The Frequency of Employing Learning Management System in Teaching General English to Non-English Majors

In the information age, demand for technological means which can support teaching and learning process is increasing rapidly. Learning Management System (LMS) introduced as a special software facilitating activities. Although in recent years, studies about teachers’ attitudes towards LMS are significantly, there limited regarding frequency of using features, especially higher education. Therefore, this study aims to explore (Richmond Google Classroom) investigate whether any correlation between demographic elements. The data was collected at University Science – Vietnam National Hochiminh City with participation 32 lecturers general English non-English majors. mixed-methods approach involving collecting both quantitative qualitative applied obtain data. Descriptive statistics content analysis were employed process. findings revealed low level features. Besides, features had neither significant age nor skills proficiency. Additionally, feature not influenced by gender, or experience, while gender communication significantly. also made some recommendations improving system terms use.
